As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will support the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs in clients’ homes and school settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about ethical ABA practice, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families, and contributing to meaningful, data-driven outcomes for children with autism under BCBA supervision.
Children and adolescents with autism, approximately ages 2–16, receiving individualized ABA treatment plans.
In‑home and school‑based ABA services for children with autism ages 2–16.
Travel between client homes and/or schools within your assigned service area is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
W‑2, part‑time with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows.
You will support clinical programming by supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, assisting with the oversight of ABA services, and using data-driven decision making to promote meaningful progress and high-quality outcomes for each child under BCBA guidance.

Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and conduct Parent/Caregiver Training
Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements, develop interventions using research based, scientific tactics
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments
Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
Provide consistent communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service continuity
Assist the BCBA in training staff on the concepts/principles of ABA and individualized programming
Complete periodic reports detailing progress in individuals’ Behavior Plans
Complete direct observations of program implementation and provide written and oral feedback to staff
Conducts periodic family training to promote generalization of programming across environments
Must be able to complete assessments using VBMAPP, Vineland, ABLLS
Ensure compliance in the assigned ICF settings with AHCA regulations governing behavior programming and services.
Candidates must hold and maintain current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Bachelor's (Required)
Active Medicaid credentials required.
Must be able to complete assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.
Demonstrated ability to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct Parent/Caregiver Training.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other treatment providers.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to in-home, school, and community-based service loc
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Typical Hours:
Monday–Friday, based on client needs (after‑school and early evening hours are common).
Some weekend hours may be available or required depending on family schedules.
