As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for creating, overseeing, and maintaining individualized treatment plans for clients receiving ABA services. This role includes conducting initial assessments and client intakes, supervising RBTs, performing competency assessments, monitoring program progress through data analysis, and coordinating care with families and other providers. Services are provided in home, school, and community settings, with a focus on ethical, comprehensive, and effective behavior analytic care.
