Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home and school-based settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collect and record data, and support the development of communication, socialization, and play skills. This role requires consistent attendance, accurate documentation, and collaboration with supervisors and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA)

Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for creating, overseeing, and maintaining individualized treatment plans for clients receiving ABA services. This role includes conducting initial assessments and client intakes, supervising RBTs, performing competency assessments, monitoring program progress through data analysis, and coordinating care with families and other providers. Services are provided in home, school, and community settings, with a focus on ethical, comprehensive, and effective behavior analytic care.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA)

Description

As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will support the delivery of ABA services by supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, conducting parent and caregiver training, and assisting with the development and implementation of individualized behavior-change programs. This role includes conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and learning assessments, monitoring client progress, completing periodic reports, and ensuring coordination of care with families and providers. All services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards and under BCBA supervision.

Description

Responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development. The Registered Behavior Technician is ultimately responsible for direct delivery of the behavioral services to the children and families, as well as accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication with the Clinical Director about the program and the progress of the behavior service plans. The Registered Behavior Technician maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Operations Director.
